Chef Arnaud Barberis
Chef Arnaud Barberis and his team concoct refined, gourmet cuisine with a wide range of influences, using homemade dishes based on seasonal local produce.
Working closely with talented producers, the Chef attaches great importance to the quality and origin of the fresh ingredients that composes his dishes.
The aim is to discover or rediscover the natural ingredients without falsifying their authentic taste, to create a culinary experience where the dishes and accompanying wines achieve a perfect harmony. He also aspires to restore vegetables to their former glory.
